INVITING TENDER 1.
Sealed
item rate tenders are invited by the Sr. Manager Engg(Civil),
AAI, AMD(Civil) I, NSCBI Airport, Kolkata 700 052
on behalf of Chairman, AAI from enlisted contractors of appropriate class of
CPWD/MES/P&T/Railways/State PWD/PSUs and
specialized agency for the work of: Sl. No.(ii) Misc. Civil work SH:
- Providing and fixing MS Barricades at G.S.E. area of International Bays at Estimated
cost: Rs 10,93,472/ Time allowed: 02 (two) months. Earnest Money Deposit: - Rs. 21,869/- Tenders
will be issued from 28.11.2008 to 02.12.2008, received till 16.12.2008 upto 1500 hrs. and opened on the
same day at 1600 hrs 2. The scope & work includes
Structural steel work for the tender forms will be issued to those contractors
who produce certificate from clients of having satisfactorily completed
(phase/part completion of scope of work in a contract shall not be considered)
and at least three works each of Rs.4.37
lacs value or two works each of Rs.
5.47 lacs value
or one work of Rs.
8.75 lacs value
of similar nature of work for Sl. No. (ii) during the last seven years ending on 31st October, 2008. Firms showing work experience
certificate from Non Government/Non PSU organizations should submit Tax
deduction at source certificate in support of their claim for having
experience of stipulated value of works), produce proof of annualized average
financial turnover of Rs. 3.28 lacs for Sl.
No.(ii)during the last three years ending 31st
March 2008. The
tenders shall be submitted in two sealed envelopes marked 'A' & 'B'. 3. Application for issue of tender
document shall be submitted upto 27.11.2008 along
with annexure I duly filed on all working days alongwith
tender fee of Rs. 500.00 in the form of Demand Draft
drawn in favour of Airport Director, AAI (IAD), 4. Purchase Preference to Central
Public Sector Undertaking shall be applicable as per the directives of Govt. of
India prevalent on the date of acceptance. 5. AAI reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all applications without assigning any reason. AAI reserves the right to disallow issue
of tender document to working agencies whose performance at on going
